Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to production schedules, public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • Email Address

  • Complete Shipping Address

  • Billing Address (if applicable)

Moazzam Khan Couture shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the courier may arrange another delivery attempt.

Additional shipping or re-delivery charges, if any, will be the responsibility of the customer.

2.7 Shipping Charges

Karachi

We offer FREE delivery on all orders within Karachi.

Rest of Pakistan

Shipping charges for deliveries outside Karachi are calculated based on:

  • Parcel weight

  • Delivery destination

  • Courier service rates

The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

International Orders

International shipping charges are calculated according to:

  • Destination country

  • Parcel weight

  • Parcel dimensions

  • Courier charges

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Goods Not Received Policy

3.1 Definition

A "Goods Not Received" claim refers to situations where a customer does not receive their order within the expected delivery timeframe.

3.2 Eligibility

This policy applies to all orders placed through Moazzam Khan Couture.

3.3 Delivery Confirmation

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Proof of delivery is maintained by our courier partner and may include delivery records, recipient confirmation, GPS verification, or courier documentation.

This proof may be used to resolve any delivery disputes.

3.4 Shipment Confirmation
