1. General Policy

At Moazzam Khan Couture, every outfit is crafted with exceptional attention to detail and the highest standards of quality. We strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.

By placing an order with Moazzam Khan Couture, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Bridal Wear, Party Wear, Formal Wear & Pret Wear

Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of these collections, Bridal Wear, Party Wear, Formal Wear, and Pret Wear are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

However, as a gesture of customer satisfaction:

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 2 days (48 hours) after placing the order

  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

  • If the request is approved by Moazzam Khan Couture, no cash refund will be issued.

  • The full eligible amount will be provided as Store Credit only.

  • Store Credit can be used for future purchases from Moazzam Khan Couture and is non-transferable and non-refundable.

All requests remain subject to product inspection and approval by our customer care team.

3. Unstitched Collection

Only products from our Unstitched Collection are eligible for return or exchange.

To qualify:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The original purchase invoice or receipt must be provided.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and any complimentary items must be included.

  • The fabric must not be cut, stitched, altered, washed, damaged, stained, or scented.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product fails our quality inspection.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

At Moazzam Khan Couture, every order undergoes strict quality control before dispatch.

If you receive:

  • A defective product,

  • A damaged product,

  • An incorrect item, or

  • An item with a manufacturing defect,

please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the defect

  • Any additional supporting information

Failure to report the issue within 48 hours may result in the request being declined.

5. Inspection Process

Once the returned product is received, our quality assurance team will inspect it carefully.

If the claim is verified, Moazzam Khan Couture will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Product replacement

  • Exchange

  • Store Credit

Refunds to the original payment method are generally not offered and remain solely at the discretion of Moazzam Khan Couture.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or an error on our part:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

  • Moazzam Khan Couture is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.

  • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bridal Wear

  • Party Wear

  • Formal Wear

  • Pret Wear (except under the 48-hour Store Credit policy)

  • Customized or personalized orders

  • Altered garments

  • Used, washed, stitched, damaged, or worn products

  • Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or incorrect)

8. Store Credit

Where applicable:

  • Store Credit will be issued for approved returns or exchanges.

  • Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • It cannot be transferred to another customer.

  • It can only be redeemed at Moazzam Khan Couture.

  • Store Credit remains subject to the validity period communicated at the time of issuance.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production or dispatch has not begun.

After this period:

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  • Customized, Bridal, Party Wear, Formal Wear, and Pret orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled.

If an eligible cancellation is approved:

  • The amount paid will be issued as Store Credit only.

  • No cash refunds will be processed.

Please include your order number along with complete details of your request to help us assist you promptly.

11. Final Decision

Moazzam Khan Couture reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, cancellation, or Store Credit request that does not comply with this policy.

All decisions made by Moazzam Khan Couture regarding inspections, eligibility, approvals, and resolutions shall be considered final.
